End of Round each Player must discard down to the hand size if their hand is bigger.
Turn Sequence:
Upkeep Phase; Resolve any card that applies at the Start of a turn.
Draw Phase; The turn Player draws one card.
Play Phase; The turn Player can use as many cards in their hand as the want and all other Players may respond with appropriate effects.
End Phase; Resolve any card that applies at the End of a turn.
Raid Phase; The turn Player chooses who to Raid and both gain 25k Followers. If all Players have taken a turn, the Raid chooses who will start the next Round.
More Detail:
At the start of the game, each Player shuffles both their Deck and Events Pile separately, then sets them face down on opposite sides of their field.
Decide who goes 1st. At the end of their turn the Player chooses who to Raid. That Player takes their turn next & so on. You cannot Raid a Player twice in one Round or Raid yourself, even if it would start a new Round. When a Player Raids both the raider and the one who was raided gain 25k followers.
[1a] At the start of the Round, a new Event Card is flipped from a Players Event Pile. The effects of an Event Card cannot be Negated. The Player who will take the first turn of the game reveals the first Event from the top of their Events Pile. Rotate clockwise for who reveals the next Events each Round.
[2a] Each Player draws to the hand size (5 unless otherwise affected) during the Event Phase. At the last End Phase of the Round, all Players must discard down to the hand size if their hand is currently bigger.
A Continuous card can attempt to be Negated when it is played or when it’s effect would activate. If successfully Negated, send it to the Discard.
Stack Rulings:
If a card targets a Player(s), that Player(s) has the first response opportunity. After choosing to respond or not, move to the next Player, from the most recent activating card to the right. When no Player chooses to respond, the effect(s)/ stack resolves.
Any card effect that is activating is added to the top of the Stack. Effects on the Stack can be targeted until they resolve. The Stack resolves cards from top to bottom, where the top is the most recent card played.
If a resolved effect creates conditions for a new card to be legally activated, that new card effect is added to the top of the Stack.
If a card has a condition to be activated, (i.e. discard one card) it is illegal to activate if that condition would not be met immediately (i.e. you have no other cards in hand after the card would be activated). Additionally, if the condition cannot be met when the card attempts to resolve, (i.e. your opponent makes you discard your last card in hand before you pay your card’s condition) the entire card fizzles and is not further resolved.
